Welcome
Welcome to the English department at The Ravensbourne School. The department has worked hard to embrace changes to the curriculum and has reinvented new schemes of work relevant to a variety of abilities, ensuring that literacy, Media, ICT and Drama are embedded into the teaching and learning. We have worked closely with local primary schools to ensure a progression and smooth transition to secondary school. SATs, GCSE and GCE grades have improved significantly and the facilities and equipment are constantly being developed.
